Fitness goals

Fitness goals:

1. Finish beginning running program.
2. Be able to run a whole mile.
3. Do a pull-up
4. Do a split

Trying again

Yesterday I did the first day of Couch to 5K again. It was stupid hot out, but I still really liked getting out there.

Today, I tried Al Kavadlo's zero equipment workout and wussed out halfway through.
