Fitness goals:
1. Finish beginning running program.
2. Be able to run a whole mile.
3. Do a pull-up
4. Do a split

Week 2 Day 2 down
Got kind of awkward when I ran into a funeral, though.
It's an unseasonably warm November, which is nice for getting some outdoor exercise.
